About MyIgSource

Life is full of beginnings, and a primary immunodeficiency (PI) diagnosis is one of them. MyIgSource is here to support you throughout your PI journey. In this section, you'll learn more about everything available to you when you enroll in MyIgSource.

Support program for Primary Immunodeficiency
MyIgSource is open to all patients and caregivers regardless of treatment.

What to Expect When You Enroll

When you enroll in MyIgSource, you will receive a call from a Patient Advocate who will help you get started right away on taking advantage of all the program has to offer. They can help you understand insurance information and financial support for eligible patients taking Shire Ig products, put you in contact with nurse advocates who can provide answers to administration related questions for Shire Immunoglobulin (Ig) treatments, and teach you how to access educational resources and tools to help you stay on top of managing your PI. They will also mail you a Welcome Kit to help you get started with the program. Most importantly, they will provide you with one-on-one support and be your point of contact for everything MyIgSource.

Making Connections

Kristin has four children living with primary immunodeficiency (PI). When they were first diagnosed, she felt alone and desperate for information on their condition. As a Patient Advocate for MyIgSource, she now provides the support she knows patients and caregivers need. She also guides them through the many resources offered by MyIgSource. With a MyIgSource Patient Advocate by your side, you have support in your journey with PI.

Easing the Journey

Dayna's four children were diagnosed with primary immunodeficiency (PI). Although relieved to finally have an answer, that relief soon turned to panic when she became overwhelmed with trying to find information about the disease. Now a Patient Advocate for MyIgSource, Dayna can empathize with patients and caregivers living with PI. She can direct them to resources and tools available from MyIgSource that will aid in their journey.
