About MyIgSource

Life is full of beginnings, and a primary immunodeficiency (PI) diagnosis is one of them. MyIgSource is here to support you throughout your PI journey. In this section, you'll learn more about everything available to you when you enroll in MyIgSource.

Support program for Primary Immunodeficiency
MyIgSource is open to all patients and caregivers regardless of treatment.

What to Expect When You Enroll

When you enroll in MyIgSource, you will receive a call from a Patient Advocate who will help you get started right away on taking advantage of all the program has to offer. They can help you understand insurance and financial support, put you in contact with nurse advocates who can provide answers to administration related questions for Shire Immunoglobulin (Ig) treatments, and teach you how to access educational resources and tools to help you stay on top of managing your PI. They will also mail you a Welcome Kit to help you get started with the program. Most importantly, they will provide you with one-on-one emotional support and be your point of contact for everything MyIgSource.
